If you show up late, your time still starts at the time you reserved, and you still must bring the equipment back at the end of your scheduled time. There are no extensions on your reserved rental time.
  • Are pets allowed on or in your equipment?
No, pets are not allowed in or on our rental equipment, which includes comfort animals, therapy pets, or emotional support animals. If you have an ADA-certified service dog because of a disability, we may ask you 1) if the animal is required because of a disability and 2) what specific work or task the dog has been trained to perform directly related to the handler’s disability. Only ADA animals certified as “service animals” will be accommodated.

  • Can I take the Vanderhall on the Freeway?
Yes, you can. The Vanderhalls are fully capable to keep up with traffic. As a reminder you are much lower than most other vehicles on the road so as a friendly reminder make sure you keep an eye on people and make sure that they see you.
  • Can I let someone else drive it?
Unfortunately, the only persons who is covered to drive the Vanderhall will be the person who’s signed the waiver and listed as the Rentee. This is due to insurance regulations, so if someone other than the registered driver was to get in an accident youthey will not be covered therefore will be 100% liable for any damages caused.
  • Do I need to fill it with gas?
Yes, the equipment is always full of gas at the beginning of the rental and needs to be filled at the end of the rental. Before bringing back the machine must be filled with 91 Octane ONLY. If the Vanderhall is not full when return you will be charged $50.
  • What should I bring with me on the ride?
#1 SUNSCREEN! The vanderhalls don't have roofs so you will be exposed to the sun your entire rental! We highly recommend taking periodic sunscreen breaks. People with longer hair should wear a hat and/or bring hair ties to pull their hair out of their face. It can get windy while you're cruising on the road! A sweatshirt and blanket to rest over your laps if you're out later in the evening - it can get chilly sometimes. (Make sure you double check the weather before you ride). Sunglasses A fun playlist to listen to! We have plenty of recommendations if you need one.
  • Do we need to wear a helmet?
Utah laws do not require it however we do recommend wearing sunglasses/eye protection.
