Our Story
About Us

Lucky for us our wives are committed to date nights. In the collective 35+ years of marriage between us we know the up’s and downs and struggles of making time to go on date nights. We’ve had some amazing times and some real duds, we know how hard it is to plan them. So, when we did a double date, and took our wives out for a date on a drive up the canyon in a Vanderhall, followed by dinner, and a cosy ride home, both our wives said that was the funnest date we had ever done.Considering how many dates we’d been on together – this was saying something. To them it was the “perfect day”, and they couldn’t wait to do it again. The irony is Steve and Don had been talking earlier about how fun it was for them as well. So when all of us felt like it was a great time, we knew he had to put something together to help our friends get out with their dates more often.
Fast forward, we put the business plans together to open up in multiple locations with a rev share model for those looking to build a business and have a great time while doing it.
The best part is the name “sidesaddle” came from when we crashed on a mountain bike ride, while we were on a group date, and our seats turned sideways. Who know that a date night plus a Mountain bike crash would turn into something so fun for all us.
We all agreed our mission is to help couples get that spark back by doing something fun and memorable. We hope you enjoy your time with us.
All the best!
Don, Candice, Steve and Brooke.

What is a Vanderhall?
Vanderhall – is a us auto manufacturer based out of Utah. The Venice and the Carmel are a 3 wheeled autocycle, with a classic roadster look and feel. They have a 1.5L, 4 cycle, turbo engine in the front that is super stable and pull you around the mountain roads. It drives just like an automatic car. You get the feeling of being a part of the ride versus just on a ride. Throw in comforts like heated seats, heater for the cool mornings, a blude tooth speaker, and cruise control and it will be a memory that will last a long time!
